School Nursing
My career as the school nurse for Hoyt Middle School begins in the fall of 2022. Before becoming a school nurse I worked in the operating room for over 6 years. I received my Associates Degree and Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Mercy College of Health Sciences.
I have 2 children of my own. As I take care of students throughout the day, I think of my own children and how I would want them cared for. In Middle School, as I see students, I will teach and encourage them to be independent and advise them on making good decisions when it comes to their health. My goal is to help our students be successful in and out of the classroom.
Please feel free to contact me by phone or email anytime. My regular working hours are Mon.-Fri. 8:00am-3:40pm.
